（1）采购理士蓄电池的质保期以专用部分要求为准。如采购理士蓄电池存在质量问题，需修理或更换，质保期从修理或更换并经采购人验收合格之日起重新计算。

（2）质保期内，理士蓄电池提供的电池有缺陷或质量问题需维修、更换的，报价人应在收到采购人通知后立即进行免费的维修或更换。

(1) The warranty period of the purchasing manager battery shall be subject to the special part requirements. If the purchased storage battery has quality problems and needs to be repaired or replaced, the warranty period shall be recalculated from the date when the repair or replacement is accepted by the purchaser.

(2) During the warranty period, if the batteries provided by Reese battery have defects or quality problems that need to be repaired or replaced, the bidder shall immediately repair or replace them free of charge after receiving the notice from the purchaser.
